Hotel attached 2 Cleveland Clinic great convenience. 4 a intercontinental I would have though the rooms would have been better. All amenities were there, staff very accommodating but run down. "Good but renovations"
All good experience. Desk, room Svc, restaurant but valet best. Cabs very difficult in Cleveland so use valet 2 set up drop/pick ups. The staff was very nice and gave us a free upgrade even though we didnt check in until around 1am because of travel delays. The hotel is very nice and is cetrally located at the main campus of the Cleveland Clinic. "Great romantic get away."
The Hotel was very wonderful. My girlfriend and I were looking to get away for a romantic weekend, she had no idea I was going to ask her to marry me this weekend. The hotel is very clean and kept up nicely. Room was very spacious and comfortable. The staff answered all questions and provided us with a wheel chair very early in the morning as needed. This entitled me to the services of the lounge on the 14th floor including free breakfast buffet and hot/cold appetizers, soda and wine, beer and hard liquor in early evening.
