I had a great corner room with a view of the lake! only downside to the whole experience was the building construction site next door which insisted on... doing jackhammering until midnight. Nothing the hotel could do about that, however. The service was exceptional from the pleasant and helpful people at the check in counter, the wait staff at breakfast and the doormen happy to give directions and find a taxi. I was told I was getting a deluxe room or a sweet ended up with a corner king bed room very,very upset I was charged the amount I was charged for the incorrect room then I had to pay for parking which was suppose to be included also a hundred dollar deductible I was suppose to receive back that has yet too happen. NEVER AGAIN !!!!!!

We had a corner room on the 24th floor , the view was awesome. Very centrally located, we could see tower city and the rock n roll hall of fame out of the windows! Ate at a local restaurant John Q's, which was nice. The hotel restaurants were both good as well. Attended a seminar while there, so we were very busy. Used the pool and the hot tub, small […] but very nice and warm, (both). Workers were very nice. Restaurant does not open till 7 am which depending why your there is a little late. This is a well situated hotel. Service was good, fitness center was good enough for a reasonable sweat (not great--a little small given the size of the hotel) and I think the rooms have been renovated.

The hotel was very nice and the room was very comfortable. Best night sleep. The view from room was great of the city. This was a great business stay and would recommend to anyone who ask.
