All in all it wasn't too bad. Older hotel but it was clean and the rooms were comfortable. The front staff were very friendly and helpful. The neighborhood... was good. We parked our car to the front desk could see it on the video cameras. We didn't use the pool since it was Dec. but the pictures are not what they appear. The location of hotel was fine, its where I needed to be. But, I would not say my stay was pleasing. The room was clean and when I called for more towel the service was good. But, its not all its said to be; there wasn't any wifi like it promotes, not a hair dryer in sight. I was disappointed in that cause I really needed it the next day. Ugh. The shampoo […] was used cause had shampoo on side of bottle. Wasn't impressed with this hotel and won't be staying another night there. Read more

Hotel and staff was very nice. 1st time in Florence Al, so was not familiar w area. But it was loud but It's downtown and there was a huge bike rally event so I'm sure that had a lot to do w it. Very good price for weekend. Would r ecommend it to travelers.. other than location, very well satisfied.
