The biggest problem I had with this visit is that we did not arrive til 2:30am. I called ahead and told them that we would be arriving at 2-3:00am. The hotel assured me that arriving at that time would not be an issue. But the next day when we turned in our keys that told us our reservation had been cancelled and they wanted to charge us again for the […] same room. overall, I liked the hotel and the service was great. Even though the front desk clerks were friendly, it took me almost an hour to check in for 5 different rooms. I was very disappointed with the Mgr. on duty response to our problem. The main reason we booked a hotel was for our granddaughter to get plenty of rest before her gymnastics competition the next morning at 8AM. Several wrestling teams were at the hotel and a group of boys happened to be next door. They got loud and crazy around 10PM and finally after […] the third call down to the front desk calmed down around 1AM. So much for a good night of sleep. We were all tired and my granddaughter didn't perform to her usual standards. This experience overshadows how nice the room was and make it so I don't really want to recommend this hotel. Read more

It was a great night's stay. The room was clean, staff friendly, and location great. The breakfast area is small and crowded - and the food was mostly picked over. As for the room, the bed only had square pillows which my wife found incredibly flat and uncomfortable. Overall, it was a great stay and we'd go back again!

I rarely have a bad experience at hotels. I travel very regularly and have never encountered a situation where I felt compelled enough to write a negative review. First impression of the hotel lobby etc was very positive. Updated, clean, nicer than expected. As soon as I went into my room, I was disgusted with the condition of the bathroom. There was […] hair all over the shower walls and tub. There was a collection of dirt and hair in nearly every wall corner. There was a green "slime" under the sink, that came right off when wiped with a rag... the worst was the complimentary lotion that was half used. If housekeeping can over look replacing the complimentary toiletries, something is wrong. I then was so grossed out that I checked the rest of the room. The pillowcases on the bed had gray and brown markings on them... clean or not, why would you put visibly stained sheets on a bed?! So gross. Needless to say I ran hot water in the shower for a good 20 min. before using it and I chose to sleep with no pillows... I should have called the front desk but quite honestly didn't feel like changing rooms or have room service come in to clean when all I wanted to do was rest after a long day of business travel. I was impressed with the hotel room. It was clean and new-looking, but the beds were uncomfortable. My husband and I both considered getting up and sleeping on the couch due to the bed hurting our backs. I was disappointed that it was about a 20 minute walk from the mall. We wanted to go wander around the mall, but it was getting dark and we did not […] want to walk that far in the dark. There also were not many restaurants within walking distance. It was the worst, the front desk clerks were aboslutly rude and customer service was not obviously what they were hired for. I was up there for a MRI for my son at Riley our normal rutine hot tub 1st, the hot tub was room temp, in which 1 of the clerks lied not sure don't really care I had talked to both evening and night. Needless to say no way was […] I happy about which ever one lieing. Later in room my son plops down on the couch and a dust cloud surrounds him make him get off he sits on the stool another cloud of dust. Very happy with the service. Was surprised that we had to pay for parking. Was surprised that it was not on the main road to the convention center. Found out that some hotels connected to the Convention Center were offering the same prices.

Very comfortable room and very nice lobby. Free breakfast was hot and delicious. Whenever we stay downtown again it will be here. It was wonderful. The location was nice, it is not in the middle of downtown so it was quiet. The room was HUGE and very, very clean. Wonderful place to stay.

They hit you with a $14 parking fee that I did not see listed anywhere when I was booking the hotel. Wish that information was known before checking in and getting charged for it when I thought all my fees had been covered when booking with Hotels.com

Very clean and fairly new furniture and bedding. The entire hotel is non-smoking. Beds were comfortable. Excellent, best night's sleep I have ever had in a hotel. Bed was really comfortable, love the pillows! Breakfast had a good variety. Housekeeping was friendlier than the woman at the front desk when we checked in. The best part was we kept our car there all day and walked everywhere in town! Love Indianapolis.

If you're staying for the Colts game this is a great location. Room was comfortable and clean.Decor was up to date. Walk into town was about 15 minutes. They had a covered garage and parking was only $12 a day.
