We were going to a concert & just needed a clean place to sleep. We were very pleased! The bed was comfortable & everything was clean! Most of the staff... was very nice. We met employees in the hall & they were very friendly. Our only complaint was the "breakfast" provided & the staff taking care of it. The coffee was almost empty & was old and the orange juice was empty. When my husband asked for some the woman smarted off and told him he would have to wait. We left and went next door to eat. We attend concerts often and will stay here again! (just plan to eat elsewhere). by a Hotels.com guest on 07/22/12

We asked for a non-smoking room, ended up with a non-smoking room that smelled overwhelmingly like cigarettes. The staff was friendly and helpful, they tried their best to accommodate us but had to move us to a room with fewer beds due to being fully booked. The hotel is conveniently located.
