"Near all the attraction sites"
It was ok the room was clean however the staff were not as friendly as I thought they should be. I also had to carry my luggage when there was a baggage cart but it could never be located throughout the hotel.Genuine Hotels.com guest review

I am sorry though, that both luggage carts were in use when you needed them. Guests do take them into rooms at times and don't put them in the hallway so we can retrieve them. We pride ourselves on our staff normally for being very professional and helpful to our guests. Should you return to the area I'm sure you will experience our "Hoosier Hospitality".

"Great place to stay"
The staff was very friendly and helpful and treated my dog like a guest. Room was large and bright. The bathroom needed some detailing. Breakfast was above that of many free breakfasts you receive at hotels. I would make an effort to stay here again.Genuine Hotels.com guest review

"Not going back to this one"
I booked this hotel for the free shuttle to the airport. The shuttle itself was great, but they failed to tell me that they charge $5 per day to park my car. It's not a whole lot, I just wouuld have liked to know that up front. The room was a nice size but dirty and run down. I would not come back to this hotelGenuine Hotels.com guest review
"Great value"
If you just need somewhere to sleep and have a shower, this place is great. The staff was friendly and even gave me directions to a part of town where we would have several restaurant choices. Breakfast was great and had a lot a variety so everybody was happy.... The only negatives were the smelly elevator and the parking lot is in really bad shape.... "Perfect for Convenience to the Airport"
My family & I was traveling to Florida. We stayed at the Ramada. The room was comfortable and they provided shuttle service to & from the airport. A little difficult to find. Room was large and comfortable. The only noise was the airplanes landing & taking off but not bad. Request for more towels was responded to immediately. Sink drain was mechanically plugged. Housekeeping should have reported it before the room was occupied. This would have required a plumber to fix it. We got a very cheap price and read all the reviews and decided on this hotel. Check in was fine and the desk even printed out directions to Dave n Busters for us instead of explaining. Was told they had no cont. breakfast and found out they did so that saved us even more money. Hotel could have had cleaner rooms the balcony was a mess and the shower […] wall had mildew. "Moldy Shower/Clogged Toilet - BEWARE!!!"
Our family visits Indianapolis once every year for vacation. I decided this year to try the Ramada-airport location for our hotel needs. Upon arriving to the hotel, We checked in and proceeded to our room. Upon entry to the room – everything appeared as normal. We put away our things and had dinner. My husband was the first to enter our bathroom. Upon […] pulling back the shower curtain, we were greeted with a mildew and moldy shower. (We took photos to prove it and emailed to management.) I was shocked at the condition. The wall – where meeting the ceiling, is also falling apart. Regardless, we chose to stay at the hotel as we couldn’t afford to switch hotels at this point. I was hoping the housekeeper would clean the shower/tub the next day (which they did not) and we could just move on. Not long after discovering the unclean condition of the bathroom, my husband had to use the restroom. He exited the bathroom and phoned the front desk – the toilet was clogged/wouldn’t flush. Approx. 15 minutes later, A young man came to the door and handed him a plunger in a bag and roll of toilet paper and said “Here ya go!” Again, we have photos of the plunger in a bag, as provided by the hotel employee. I was, again, shocked by this. He was not willing to come and check the toilet or resolve the issue himself, but rather took the ‘you fix it yourself’ approach. We then continued to plunger our toilet for the remainder of our stay. I’ve never had such an experience at a ‘top name’ hotel. If there’s ever a problem, they’ve sent someone to fix it. It’s not a ‘do it yourself’ stay. My husband asked that I wait for our stay to be over before notifying management of the issue (didn't want things to come up missing or be harassed,) therefore, I took the appropriate photos to provide to you and waited for our 6 night stay to end. "Ramada Airport @ Indianapolis -- pretty good"
First off, the room my family had was very good sized. Big room and nice-sized restroom. We had queen beds which was nice, but the sheets weren't big enough to stay on the bed very well. I went to the fitness center twice during the stay and neither time did it appear that any hotel employees had come in and done any cleanup work. "Ramada- Indianapolis Airport- Great Experience"
Last weekend was our 2nd visit to this Ramada location near the Indianapolis Airport and we will definetly return. We wanted just to "get away" and this hotel offered a very great rate. I didn't feel as if I was spending too much just to be able to get away from home for one night and enjoy the comfort of a hotel room and relax. The hotel is very clean […] and they have a very friendly staff. This time we took our puppy and everyone was so nice to her especially and treated her like any other guest, not like a dog. I wasn't sure what to expect, I've never taken a pet for an overnight stay at a hotel, but they made us all feel welcome. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone. "Ramada IND Airport"
The Ramada was very nice. The room was clean and the staff was friendly. The airport shuttle was wonderful and they had a breakfast that opened early so we could eat before our flight.
