"Room for improvement."
Upon arriving at our hotel, we were greeted by a friendly man at the front desk, and were assigned room keys. As we were walking to the elevators we noticed a strange smell throughout the hallways, and noticed the walls and ceiling appeared to be yellowed as if from nicotine, even though the hotel is a smoke free facility. When waiting for the elevators, […] they took around three minutes to arrive, even though there were only six floors on the hotel. We just so happened to have the very last room on the very top floor, and our door was VERY hard to open and close. The hallway on our floor also smelled of smoke. Inside our room, we noticed the white linens were all stained in some fashion, our comforter also had been burned (possibly from a cigarette). The bathroom was so-so, however the tub was dirty when we arrived, and when we went to take a shower that night, and in the morning, there was only a trickle of water coming from the shower, and the water was not hot.
