"Wingate by Windham in Bridgeport WV"
The location of this hotel was great. It's very close to Buffalo Wild Wings, and a Dunkin Doughnuts! The room was so comfortable and clean. I would absolutely stay at this hotel again!!. I was able to get a very good price on this hotel which made it so much nicer!!Genuine Hotels.com guest review

"Wingate in Bridgeport - Declining Service Levels"
This is the 2nd time I've stayed at this location. The first time I stayed, I found a shaving razor in my bathroom. The front desk acted like it was no big deal. Eventually, after voicing my concern to both local and corporate management, I got a partial refund. This time, it was noticeable that service levels are deteriorating even further. There were […] no towels at the pool for two days. When I went to the front desk to ask for some, no one was there. I waited for 10 minutes, then someone came and said they would bring them. When they didn't show after another 10 minutes, I went to remind them and they finally brought some. When I went to the front desk to check out, again, no one was there. I waited another 10 minutes for someone to arrive. I expected more out of this hotel chain. I've certainly stayed at hotels that would be perceived as being lower quality that had better service.
