"Perfect hotel for price"
We stayed at La Quinta Smyrna while in the Nashville area for CMA Fest. The hotel was very comfortable and clean. The staff was very nice. The hotel is close to many restaurants and stores and is only a short trip to downtown Nashville.Genuine Hotels.com guest review

There was a terrible smell in the bathroom, like drains. The first 2 days it was very bad, but not quite so awful by the time we left. The thermostat didn't seem to work very well. I eventually had to put it up to 80 degrees to get the heater to come on, but no way was it 80 degrees in the room. I nearly froze the first night. The next day, I complained […] and the front desk gave me 2 blankets since there were no extras in the room. I was ok at night after that. And the breakfast could be inproved by including some low or no sugar containers of cereal. All the ones offered were way high in sugar and not very tasty if you're used to not so much sugar. "Loud, difficult temperature regulation"

"La Quinta in Smyrna-right on I-24"
If you like the sound of the interstate for your bedtime sounds, this is the place to sleep. This was the first time at this hotel and the room given was on the front. All night long my family couldn't sleep because we aren't used to cars, trucks, and motorcycles flying by so close. They need to make some kind of sound barrier to help with the noise. […] Our stay was fine minus the noise and someone stealing our Do Not Disturb sign. Which when it was removed, the maid came into our room when we didn't want it. The breakfast was fine, and the internet access was nice. We just won't stay there again.
