Even though there were a few suprises (not hotel fault) in our reservation our overall stay was fantastic. The four bedroom townhouse was more than... enough room and the grounds were in great condition. Only thing was having to pay to use the internet which I feel should be free, but it didn't dampen the fabulous time we had. WE will definitely stay here again and i could easily recommend this place to others and I will. by a Hotels.com guest on 11/28/11

The townhouse was nice maintenance not so nice my advise is to check out the place and take pictures show them to front desk so you are not charged for broken things or unmaintained things in the homes

When we requested items for the room, we were told that this was not a hotel!!! When the fridge stopped working it took 4 hours for maintance to arrive and we were told to keep the door closed! The air in the room didnt get cold and there was a sign that stated not to adjust or you would be fined. The beds were so hard everyone woke up with a backache! […] When we called up to the first desk they acted as if you were bothering them! We have stayed at a lot of resorts in the area, and by far this one is the worse! I think they are under staffed for what they are trying to do! I would not suggest this resort to anyone, because of the service. But, the pool are is nice, small but nice!!! Read more

El hotel está muy cómodo, en realidad es una casa con 2-4 cuartos, cocina completa, estufa, refrigerador, etc. Tiene TV en todos los cuartos con canales de paga, todo estaba bastante nuevo, al llegar fallaba la TV de la sala, lo reportamos a recepción y a los 30 min llegó personal de mantenimiento para revisarlo, el problema era el contacto eléctrico […] y se resolvió en 20 min más. No está cerca de los parques de diversiones, pero esto está claro en la descripción, nos interesaba más que fuera un espacio amplio y cómodo, lo cual cumplió al 100%. Muy recomendable. Read more
