The hotel is withing walking distance to Burker King, Waffle House, Wendy's, Mc Donalds, 711 and within 2 minutes driving from a Shopping Center. I stayed her to go to Universal Studios and this Hotel is right off of the expressway so it took us less than 20 minutes to get to the Parks. Hotel is having some renovation but the rooms are completely remodeled ... I got up extremely early and saw construction going on as early as 8am but it didn't disturb me or my 2 toddlers .. Rooms are very sound proof ... I would defineltly stay here again.

Real nice for the economy price. Hotel was being renovated but the newly renovated room we were in was really clean and nice. We ask ahead of time for a room on ground floor due to we were on our Harley and when we checked in the had the room ready for us.. Great service. Will definetly stay again when we go to Disney.

The room smell very weird, I had to buy a Lysol to eliminate the odor. The bathroom had human hair all around. They allow pets in the rooms and couldn't sleep well because a dog passed the entire night barking. Consider to evaluate antoher option before booking on this hotel.

Prior to heading out I contacted the hotel to inquire on their location because my GPS was not recognizing the information I had. The person at the front desk was not helpful at all and I had to do my own research to figure it out. Once I arrived and checked in I noticed there was no iron or ironing board in the room. So I contacted the front desk and […] they advised me that they have an iron and ironing board at the front desk, but I would have to come and get it! Really!? I then called the front desk again to inquire on the WiFi and the woman at the front desk seemed bothered that I called a second time. She told me that due to the weather the WiFi may not be working (note clear sky outside) and I should move around the room! Really?! We just stayed here one day on we threw. GPS took us way off track but we called and found. Hotel is currently being remodeled and we stayed in a newly done room. It was very nice. The only negative was all the construction clutter. Breakfast was good with cereal and hot waffles.

Had a better experience then expected too for what I paid for. My kids loved the continental breakfast (had a waffle maker). Already knew pool under contraction but did not miss it. Family was occupied with near by attractions. Concerned that hotel would be too far from Disney but turned out ok. Just about 20min away from Epcot and just off I-4.

The Good: Location - less than 15 minute drive to Disney, Waflle House, McDs, various places for Breakfast. There are Walmarts about 7 minutes out, or smaller stores closer by, for last minute items you need. Rooms - they were clean, well kept, good enough for us Price - rates were good BreakFast - small simple breakfast, though we preferred Waffle […] House for our stay. The Minor Bad Noise - close to a Major highway, so, it does get noisy. However, we were so tired from Disney that we had no issues falling a sleep. Beds - they were a bit hard, but, again, nothing major, we slept fine day 2 & 3. Customer Service - they were very good to us, no complaints there. I just thought they didn't handle a situation with another customer right. They were kind of rude to them actually, even if there really was nothing they could do (customer complained of Slow Internet Wifi connection). Read more

The room door was broken from the get go the manager was too lazy to go and see what the issue was after we stood in the cold with a 4year old he was too busy looking at facebook. He told the clerk at the desk to go and figure it out while he made other customers wait for him to return for their check in. When we got inside the room the smell was horiffic […] the sheets were stained and very old and the carpet smelt of mold and mildew. There was something growing on the heat/ac unit and the windows did nothing to keep out any noise or air from the traffic outside. The bathroom was unclean and there was rubbish in the trash. Hotel is saying Internet is provided but it looks not true. They have wireless Internet service but the signal is so weak that they can't cover the entire their facility. The best thing this hotel has going for them is the desk clerk named Chris. He was very professional and helpful and seemed to enjoy his job. As for the other desk clerks-no personality seemed they would rather be on safari than working at the hotel. My first problem is they ran out of frosted flakes and had no backup. They ran out Saturday morning and still had none Sunday morning despite several requests for it by myself and other guests. Secondly--where are there towels. Getting towels was like winning the lotto. How do you not have towels--not extra towels but just towels. Once you take a bath and try to reup on the towel forget it we went to the local walmart and purchased towels as it was unthinkable that the hotel could be out of towels 2 days in a row. We were in Orlando to celebrate my son's birthday. We just needed a place to shower and sleep that wasnt too far from the center of all the excitement. The hotel was a pleasant surprise.The rooms were spacious, the beds were comfortable, and the fridge and microwave in the room were a plus. It was really easy to find. It was also very quiet. My mother […] wasn't feeling well but she was able to rest uninterrupted. The staff was excellent. We were all checked in and heading to our rooms in less than 5 minutes. It's 2 minutes from I-4, then another 5 minutes before you are in the center of everything. Sometimes when the price is so good, you hope for the best, but expect the worst. Well we were pleasantly surprised. I would definitely stay here again, and would recommend it to anyone that I know. I read some of the gripes and negative comments and was a little nervous. But I think the people who had major concerns wanted 5 star service even though they arent willing to pay for it. Read more

We've received a room on the 2nd floor, close to the check-in office. The room smelled musty and felt wet. Sheets had holes in them. Removed the comforter, and a roach jumped off the bed. More roaches came out of the broken bathroom fan and a hair dryer socket later on. Bugs were coming in from the outside through the door gaps as it was not sealed […] properly. Shower curtain had blood on it. There was a constant siren noise outside; a hospital must've been near by. First reaction was to ask for a different room, but after seeing the overall condition of the hotel we realized another room could actually be worse. Duct-taped everything where roaches could exit the walls, sprayed Raid everywhere. Housekeeping saw roach spray and duct tape; yet, never bothered to inquire as to why we had it. Told manager about roach problem, and his response was "I've never heard anyone complain about roaches here". Avoid this hotel at all cost. Read more

After being greeted at a night window, I discovered the room key did not open the door. We arrived late and did not check in for good until about midnight, but still noticed several patrons awake and milling about the parking lot. Continental breakfast was sparce.

We stayed at this motel during our visit to Disney Magic kingdom. We got a good nights sleep. And it took only 15-20 min. to drive to the entrance/car park at Disney world. The motel is situated next to the Interstate 4, but we had absolutely no problems with noise.
