"Best Western in Ardmore, Really Worst Western"
We did not get to the hotel till 10:30pm and had two small children. I made our reservation for 4. When we got there and needed to shower everyone we only had three towels. I went to put the kids in bed and stepped on food and trash. The bathtub didn't drain, so when taking a shower you had water above your ankle. Also, there was no such thing as cold […] water. You had to brush your teeth with warm water! When we complained to the front desk the next morning it was ALL our fault! We were told we should have called, so the could move us to another room.
