View is lovely, staff are professional but friendly. Enjoy the easy walk to Ala Moana park & shopping center. Also enjoy the beach walk to Waikiki. "Great time in Oahu"
Couldn't be happier. The hotel was very close to all things in Waikiki. The beach and lagoon were literally steps away. I had a room with an ocean view and balcony that was great to use each morning. The hotel was well-located and well-appointed. We loved the open airiness of the first level and the convenience of the bar and grill. However, bell and front desk service could be improved. The staff at the Ilikai from check in to check out were fabulous. Our Mountain side room was enormous with heaps of wardrobe space for all our stuff. Guest laundry on our floor was a great asset. "ロケーション利便性は最高！でも・・・"
２５階のオーシャンビューの部屋からのは、毎週金曜日に行なわれるヒルトンの花火が見えて得した気分！ アラモアナショッピングセンターへもヨットハーバーを眺めながら徒歩５分程度。 途中にあるマジックアイランドでは木陰で昼寝をしたり、サンセットを満喫したりのんびりとした時間も過ごせるのも嬉しい！ しかし残念な事に・・バスルームのタイルが汚れていたり、バスタブが小さく膝が伸ばせない！などと古さ故か も知れないが、水はけも悪くかなりストレスを感じた。 勿論全ての部屋がと言う訳では無いと思うが・・。 その点が改善されれば又利用したいと思う。 滞在中ずっとレンタカーを借りていたので、パブリックＰが近くにあるのも経費節約になった！Genuine Hotels.com guest review

２回目の滞在でした。我が家は小さい子供がいます。「ちょっと食べたい」の「ちょっと」を探すのが難しいのがハワイなのですが、そんな時アラモアナショッピングセンターのフードコートは大変重宝し、徒歩５分のこのホテルを選んでいます。ヨットハーバーや海が部屋からきれいに見えますし、部屋も広いです。ショッピングはワイキキ方面へはあまりいかないので、我が家にとっては最高の場所のホテルです。 残念なのがプールサイドについていた海が見えるジャクジーがなくなっていたこと。泳いでいると結構水が冷たいこともあり、自分も子供も暖まるのにすごく嬉しかったのに、プールだけしか無くなっていました。またつけてくれたら嬉しいなと思います。Genuine Hotels.com guest review
