Excellent location and staff. From the moment we checked in, to the time we checked out, our experience at the property was excellent. The room was clean... and spacious. The breakfast in the morning was was good . Eating outside near the pool made it even better. There was no pressure from the Travel Agent to participate in the activities on the Island. He was very knowledgeable and took his time explaining everything. From snorkeling to Whale watching it was great! Two thumbs up to the Hyatt Place!! by The Cooke's from The Rock on 03/24/13

On the third floor of the Hyatt Place Waikiki Beach, balanced between its 2 towers, is a spacious sundeck for sunbathing. One block from the hotel lies a stretch of Waikiki Beach with a breakwater—Kuhio Beach—which creates calm, pool-like swimming conditions. Waikiki Beach offers snorkeling and all other sand and surf activities. Stayed for two nights to get over the jet lag and check the highlights of Honolulu. Got a mountain view room, which was an accurate description. Room has modern, clean lines, relatively new furniture. Hotel look that has been recently remodeled, like the took an old building and brought up to modern standards, the job was well done with the only exception […] that room we had was a bit too small for the furniture, there was not too much space to walk around or to put luggage. I felt this was the perfect location. It was not so touristy yet still in the action. Bus stops across the street are great, shuttle vans often stop by to give quick/cheap rides to Diamond Head or Hanauma Bay. If your going to Pearl Harbor or anywhere on the west side the bus stop on the other side of the road is the second stop so you are guaranteed […] a spot to sit. I stayed in this hotel with my girlfriend and we were both pleasantly suprised as to how modern and new the room looked. Very spacious for just two people, close to the beach and close to the nightlife. Only complain was the sheets werent as smooth and nice as I am used to be. But overall great hotel, fair price, would go back again.

We had originally booked at another hotel that someone told us about... it was called queen kapiolani hotel... it was a dump and after a night of staying there we needed to relocate... so we found the Hyatt Place. We were more than happy with our stay there. I wish they had room service and a jacuzzi. Everything else was great. Clean rooms, starbucks […] in the lobby, cafe style ordering in the lobby. I was really impressed with the service that the staff provided as they provided a free upgrade to a King-Deluxe ocean-view. I did find the King-deluxe room to be a bit small but it was still great and the balcony with the view of the ocean was awesome. It was close to many restaurants and the beach was only two blocks away. Free brekky was nice to have but didn't enjoy the little egg/bacon buns..bit dry or something, but plenty of cereal fruit yoghurt breads bagel and sweet buns to choose […] from. New Hyatt Place branded hotel to open in Waikiki in 2011's fall. Very good breakfast.The room is nice and clean. Friendly hotel staffs. I will stay here again!

A lcalização do Hotel é ótima, lerto de tudo, ótimo atendimento, mas não ande descalço porque terá que tomar outro banho antes de dormir pois os carpetes estão muito sujos.

Vi skulle få ett nyrenoverat, men det var inte färdigställt så vi fick ett större rum utan extra kostnad. Väldigt rent och rymligt rum. Nära till bushållsplats för utflykter till t.ex.
