"Near nightmare"
Last minute booking, so shame on me. But please... hair on the toilet seat (under the 'cleaned for your comfort' band), tiny wall heater and 'barely there' internet that kept dropping the connection while trying to check email (not to mention uploading/download work documents). "Worst hotel that I've ever seen"
I've never stayed in such a low class hotel for the money I paid. All hotels in Eureka, CA are extremely expensive for the level they are and for the service they offer. This hotel is probably the worst I've ever stayed in the US.Genuine Hotels.com guest review
