I stayed at this establishment for 4 days and the only complaints I have are the T.V. /satellite connection,it was horrible. It buffered my whole stay. My other is ,the phone in the room,it didn't work.These things didn't bother me to much because I wasn't in my room allot,I was on vacation :) . We stayed here on the first night of our vacation prior to boarding our ship. On the first night it was great...no problems. When I arrived I was told that they had over booked. My rooms were not available. When I asked to get a Corperation Repersentitive on the phone The mgr came up with two rooms that were acceptable . maid service was in the late afternoon. Also an inconvinience was that their had to be work on the AC system troughout the whole hotel and therefore the maybe should have charged the guest less or closed the hotel for a couple of days.
