Upon arrival I was forced to wait 15-20 min before being served, even though I could hear the hotel staff in the back room, and after I had used the provided (loud) service phone. No elevator to 2nd floor. TV remote didn't work. Paltry breakfast choices, but Perkins restaurant is next door. Spacious room and decent bed.
