"You get what you pay for"
There was no hot water my first day, so I couldn't shower. The only set of working outlets were located over the sink, which is where the alarm clock was placed, and behind the TV. I had to go inside the toilet reservoir to release the stopper, which got stuck, from the chain. The light switch at the front door not only turned off the light, but also […] the refrigerator. For the part of town, I thought they where very professional and helpful. I would recommend to anyone for an affordable well kept place to stay. In my opinion, the best by far in the N. temple area! 1. door had large space that made the room very cold without the heater on. But the heater was very loud. 2. Mound of snow between car curb and sidewalk. Had to walk over the top without falling or tripping. 3. Checked in about 1230 and was told water was off but would be on in about an hour. It was further away from the convention center than I was originally told, but the shuttle that is offered makes it easier to get to the center of town (and the two guys and gal that operate the vans are very friendly). There is construction going on (which the hotel has no control over) on the street it is located on so it is a little difficult to […] manuver and get in into the hotel. The hotel apparently contracts with the local truck driving school so there are a lot of people who are in and out for that (could be interesting with profanity if you have children or are offended easily). "Excellent"
This was one of my best hotel stays in recent times. The reception staff is very friendly and helping. Although the location is somewhat away from the downtown, they provide hourly shuttle to downtown and even provide return pickup from downtown till late in the night. "Unbelievable Value"
The room was pretty standard - clean, well-maintained, plenty of hot water (and shower pressure...although the shower head's about 5'5"), and a great air conditioning/heating system. The breakfast's pretty standard as well - juice, coffee, muffins, and a bunch of different bread products. What wasn't standard was the INCREDIBLE service. I arrived outside […] of their shuttle hours, and they offered to cover the tab for my taxi. They also let me check in super early. And, on my last day (while I was rushing to make it downtown), they offered to use the airport shuttle to drive me there (no cost, of course). These people do all they can to make it a good stay!
