It's pretty hard to get a decent room in Temecula on Saturday night at the last minute. There's so much going on in town that it has become a popular... weekend destination. We got lucky with this modest Best Western establishment. The place gives off a nice vibe, from the charming check in person to the smiling housekeeping staff. The bed was very comfortable. Continental breakfast was more than adequate, if that's your style. I used the pool Sunday morning, nice jacuzzi, even a sauna at the pool. For the size of the motel, the pool is very generously sized and there are more than enough chaises longues, tables, and chairs for everyone who might want to spend some time at the pool. Location of this motel was perfect, right at Rancho California Road and on to the wineries, close to Old Town, and fairly close to the casino. It is in a light industrial/business area with lots of higher end fast food restaurants within walking distance, but there's so much great food in Temecula this would be a last, late night decision for the desparately hungry. I would recommend this to others, and we will probably stay here again, especially for a short weekend getaway. Reviewed by a Hotels.com guest on Oct 25, 2010
