"Floor better than the bed"
The bed was the worst I have ever slept on, I chose to sleep on the floor the second night and slept better. Housekeeping did NOT come to our room, when I asked about it I was told we were not there so they didn't come if you leave. Never got internet to work. Was told there was a complete kitchen, (there was but not one utensil, plate, pot, or anything else we could cook or heat the food we brought. "You get what you pay for..."
This hotel was a little "worn" and in need of major upgrades. It was recently painted, but most of the paint was on the appliances. There were no hangers in the closets, no clock and the phone did not work. There was no lamp in the bedroom and the heating system was so loud it made sleeping difficult. The stairs to the second level were so out of spec […] that you had to be extra careful you did not fall. Asked for a wake up call that never came. I chose this hotel only because I was not familiar with the area and it was close to my function. When I return, to Augusta, I will definitely choose another place to stay.
