The hotel is wonderful- room was very clean and fairly quiet. I would rate comfort a 4 only because the first morning there was not enough hot water for... everyone so it was "lukewarm" at best. Not miserable cold, but not great. Also, there were only three bath towels in a room that sleeps four people and the second night they ran out of pool towels, so that left us with a lot of wet bath towels. HOWEVER, the customer service at the hotel more than makes up for the minor issues. They go out of their way to make sure your stay is wonderful. The sheets were not changed for our entire stay, the room was never vacuumed. empty containers were found under the furniture. We have stayed at this hotel a couple of times. Each time was just as expected--very comfortable and quiet. The breakfast in the mornings have been very good. I would recommend this hotel to anyone.

We enjoyed our stay. Our friends even stayed there also. This hotel was very affordable. They are in a great location; right by the mall, Bass Pro Shop, historic Grapevine. We can't wait to stay there again!!
