"Dirty socks"
The ac unit in the room blew very humid air that was not cooling properly. I did not sleep well and ended up feeling on my legs not 1 but 2 dirty socks in the bed with me. I took them to the manager the next morning. The said they would check when it was cleaned last. Really? Who cares. It was not clean and I paid for it. "The hotel was NOT in good repair"
The only lounge chair in the pool area was broken.Pool and hot tubs were dirty and had leaves in them.The bathroom sink had mold or needed recaulked not sure which one as I didnt touch it.It smells musty there.Maybe its the carpet?Genuine Hotels.com guest review
