The complimentary full hot breakfast buffet will get your day off to a great start. Monday through Thursday nights, enjoy the complimentary Evening Social Hour, in which a light dinner is served with free beer, wine and sodas. Suites include a full kitchen, so you can shop in the Guest Market or use our complimentary grocery shopping service for all the ingredients to prepare your favorite meal.
Guests are invited to enjoy the exclusive Summer Grilling Social, every other Wednesday evening of the month (June through August, from 5:30 pm to 7:00 pm). It’s a great opportunity to meet fellow guests and hotel associates and enjoy a taste of summer.

We really enjoyed our stay at Hyatt House. It is approximately 8 miles N of downtown Colorado Springs. Our room was well equipped. "Very comfortable"
My husband and I stayed here with our 1 year old son while I was on a business trip. It was fantastic! The room was very clean (and I'm picky about that!), well stocked, and really comfortable. We stayed in a studio, but were still able to have some separation for our son in his pack n play, because of the way the room is laid out (with the large shelving […] unit separating the sitting area from the sleeping area). The breakfast and evening social were good - the food wasn't fantastic, but it was certainly good enough. The staff, however, was fantastic. Everyone was really friendly and helpful. "Great room, just need more staff"
The room was great and the hotel was very clean. I did not get housekeeping 2 out of the 5 days and by the time I was back to the room and realized they had already let there housekeeping staff go home and could only bring me clean towels and sheets to change myself. There was hardly ever any one at the front desk to answer the phone or help with requests. […] They did have a sign that said they were helping another guest and would be back shortly, but they would be gone for up to 20 minutes, at least, at one time. These were really small issues compared to the good things about the room and hotel and felt these things were only a reflection of the low price for the hotel. The breakfast was good and the room was equipped with everything I needed. The price was awesome for this hotel and I will definitely use this chain again on future stays. We were extremely happy with the service at the Hyatt - the staff are incredibly friendly and courteous. The hot breakfast was more than ample as were the offerings at the evening social. One quick word about the kitchen staff, they really went above & beyond when it came to service. They definitely are a credit to the hotel. "Great rooms but beware of the east side"
Nice staff, very clean rooms and happy to help out. Really nice having the kitchenette with frig, microwave, stove top coffee pot and dishes. The only warning is to beware of the East side rooms since they are the same side as the freight train elevated tracks. Depending on the train depends if you can hear it lightly or rattles the windows and walls. […] No horns just track noise, brakes and noisy train car rattling with the rapid speed they are going.
