    Front desk staff was friendly and helpful, we had a poor maid who insisted on cleaning the bathroom on our first morning at 8AM while we were still in... the room. Not to worry, Sunday we got no room service, had to ask for towels at the front desk. Our friends on another floor had the opposite experience, their maid greeted them in the hallways by name and was extremely good.
