The room was ok. A few hairs on the sheets. Hall had a skunky smell. The beds seemed to be uncomfortable, we had a hard time sleeping because of this. The staff was friendly and accomodating. "Excellent value in St. Louis"
You never are sure what you will get when you pay half of the price you typically pay for a hotel in the same area. The Pear Tree in Fenton is in an easy access location. The surrounding area is services oriented. The surrounding neighborhoods are upscale - I took a one mile walk. The building itself is slightly worn. "Wish it were a Non Smoking Hotel"

My son and I arrived about 9:00 PM and when we go into the room it seemed pretty nice for a hotel for the rate we paid.
