the shower tub was draining very slow. you're standing on 3 to 4 inches of water that should have drain already. the towels doesn't smell fresh and clean. the pillow cases looks like were never replace. one thing good though is the breakfast.Genuine Hotels.com guest review

"Fine on the surface. . ."
It is quite possible that being given the room right next to a side entrance door that slammed shut all night soured me to this Holiday Inn. It's just fine on the surface. Nice lobby, near the airport, just off the highway. The not so great was the fact my room reeked of smoke, the mattress was protected in such a way that whatever plastic they covered […] it with made loud crinkling noises and was generally uncomfortable. Then there was the fact that somehow the AC/heating unit interfered with the television causing static on the screen whenever the unit was turned on. "Oh gosh..how about: Recent hotel experience"
While I detest "bashing" anything, I'll have to admit that the "eggs" and the "sausage" were shall we say...not pleasing! I didn't take that second bite if you get my point! The coffee in the room...trust me...go to the lobby and get the 'good' stuff, and don't waste your time with the coffee maker. Very comfortable sleeping..i.e.,pillows, bed...of […] course my daughter was "freezing" and I personally wanted a cooler room...gosh...Mothers and Daughters... When we arrived back at the hotel, I noticed that the coffee maker had NOT been cleaned out...no more shampoo or face towels...not to mention that we were "locked out" of our room...go figure... The only good thing about this Hotel was the free breakfast. Everything from pancakes,biscuts and gravey to bacon and eggs. The bed was hard as a rock. be carefull of the large incidental fee charged to your credit card, to put back on it in five buisness days.Genuine Hotels.com guest review
