    In a good location, right in middle Flushing Chinatown. A 20 min. ride into Manhattan w/o traffic. Many restaurants around. My favorite thing about this... hotel is the $9 parking fee in/out compared to Manhattan charging up to $65! Overall hotel is good EXCEPT for the parking attendant who stands in the front before heading into the garage. We were driving in, he stops us and screams "garage is full, unless your a guest here." We told him we have a hotel room here. His attitude was just awful. No need for the screaming buddy. We drive in and the valet attendant with the same kind of attitude as the first tells us "give me your ticket". What kind of service/attitude is this! And the nerve of him expected a tip.     Just so you know, this hotel is still far enough away from LaGuardia that you will find that the rental car places at LaGuardia will not shuttle you to this hotel because it is "too far away". However, the hotel WILL shuttle you for free back and forth to the airport. The staff was very nice and helpful. Service and hotel was great. I guess we just […] felt mislead by the name of the hotel (Sheraton LaGuardia)--- a more accurate name would be Sheraton Chinatown, as the Chinatown area is within convenient walking distance.     The T.V was not hooked up right as the picture and the programs not showing at all. called for service, no respond. The toilet system needed to be fixed as we had to press and hold the knob to flush it down. Called with no response.

    This was our second time staying at this hotel and will not be our last. The employees are very proffesional and pleasant. Very convenient if traveling from LaGuardia airport and if driving the Parking cost is very reasonable. The first time we stayed in the hotel the room was wonderful, this time I was a bit dissapointed with the quality of the furniture. […] The room was clean but the furniture was very worn out with lots of visible scratches.     The hotel was nice, the only thing I didn't like was they was doing construction one floor up o next door from me but by 7am the noise was so loud that it sounded right inside of my room, I just wished they had told me this ahead of time but other than that everybody was so nice and helpful

    I recently stayed at the Sheraton Laguardia East and it was fine except the tub did not drain properly and practically flooded the bathroom. No bedbugs which is a first for a NYC hotel. Probably a bit overpriced but safe and clean which is most important. Underground parking was convenient too.

    For a hotel near an airport, the Shearton was very comfortable. Room service was great. It was quick, food was delivered hot, and it was very tasty. The 4:30 AM suttle to the airport left on time and got to the airport quickly. I was able to make my 6 AM flight.

    This is a normal Sheraton Hotel. Nothing spectacular to rave about. Service was fine except for having to call a few times to have a light bulb replaced and had to call to get housekeeping.
