"Didn't get to stay"
Our experience was disappoining, evidently there was a communication breakdown between the B&B and Hotels.com. We specifically said we needed a place with 2 beds, since we had 3 people in our group and we wanted a place that included breakfast. Hotels.com said that Beauclaires had a room with 2 beds and booked us into it. When we arrived we were told […] that that room was already booked and they didn't have a roll away, cot or mattress for us to use. The Manager very kindly founds us a room at another hotel, but it was more money and didn't include breakfast. Now I need to call for a refund, because even though we didn't stay there I discovered we were charged anyway.
