"Hotel Guest"
I went through EXPEDIA to book two rooms (non-smoking) for the weekend. When we arrived at the hotel, we found that some unknown person cancelled the second room. The lady on duty tried to find a second room and all she could come up with was a smoking room. We declined the second room. I contacted EXPEDIA and they showed two rooms booked under my name, […] I was given a refund for the second room. "Could have been better"
Room was not cleaned daily. Floor dirty and tub not cleaned daily. Had to take own trash out and call after third day to get sheets chanded. Stayed a whole week and could not elieve had to request a clen room fro day to day. Manger could only say sorry will talk with housekeeping. Glad to go home.Genuine Expedia guest review
