"not hotel quality amenities"
This is an extended stay hotel which is not geared toward typical hotel guests who are only staying for one or two nights. The desk closes at 11:00 pm, there are no in-room amenities such as shampoo and a hair dryer, the breakfast is only coffee and prepackaged granola bars and muffins, and there is no daily maid service. This hotel has smoking rooms […] and even though I booked non-smoking they put us in a smoking room and said they had no non-smoking rooms left. The bed was comfortable and the room clean, there was a full kitchen in the room and laundry facilities on-site. However I've stayed at other extended stay places that just felt more like a hotel. "Rooms"
My experience at the hotel was mixed, because it is a very nice hotel, but the non smoking rooms smelled like smoke. I was changed from one room to the next and it was the same situation. Even though I was only there for a night, because I am very sensitive to smells, especially smoke, I had a restless night.Genuine Hotels.com guest review
