On one occasion, the room was being cleaned at 4 pm. When we arrived the cleaning person asked us who's birthday was it. She must have been reading the card on the desk. I was very uncomfortable with that. The bathroom was never thoroughly cleaned, just fresh towels. "Smelly"
The hotel was dated. The musty smell in the room really turned me off. Breakfast was good but again there was a strange smell in the lobby area. My Grandson got in his bed pulled on the blanket/sheets and out falls a USED tampon applicator. Totally disgusting. I called the desk and demanded the bed to be changed. and that they clean up the disgusting used tampon applicator. That experience really turned me off to the place looked clean but I guess appereances can be deceiving. Offered a good food selection for breakfast. The hotel rooms feel like they've aged a bit. I got a sense of "old" when I walked into my room. The bathroom smelled like stale water.
