"Quick 2 day trip"
I stayed at the hotel with my daughter and grand daughter. The room looked clean upon entering but they forgot to clean behind the headboard area of the bed. My grand daughter dropped something and when we moved the mattress to retrieve her item that was when we noticed that this area was neglected.Genuine Hotels.com guest review
"Enjoyed my Stay!"
Receptionist was nice and pleasant. She informed us about a 10% incidental fee. Key did not work the door, took it back and she re-swiped it. Tried again and still didn't work, she traded us out rooms. Anything we found wrong we reported it to receptionist and it was fixed or replaced before we came back. "Run down"
The hotel is in a great area so we were expecting a nicer hotel. The minute you drive up you see they don't even have their awning fixed with their name on it. The letters had been worn off. The lobby was old and out dated and felt like the air conditioner was working well. The room had prickly blankets on the bed.
