the hotel was great but the employees what makes it the stop special. Debbie is one I remember in particular. She was working the breakfast room. There... were two wedding parties filling it up to the brim. I never once saw her get frustrated or loose her smile. I had room 240 at the top of the stairs. It was across from the furnace room so it was brutally hot and the thermostat was not functional. I could almost live with that by opening the window but the big problem was that the Wi-Fi signal was not strong enough to make a connection. I chose this hotel because they had Wi-Fi. I kept telling them that I […] had only one signal bar but all they did was tell me to reboot my computer, very nicely of course. I complained as I checked out. They were apologetic but did not offer any compensation for my inconvenience. It could be that I just had the worst room in the place. Stay away from room 240. Read more
