"Helpful Staff"
The hotel was undergoing renovations during our stay. The pool was not open and the breakfast area was off limits due to construction. The staff at the hotel was accommodating and tried to make our staff better. They did compensate us for the mess and I am very intterested in what the renovated hotel will look like. this hotel has recently changed ownership. I talked to new owners. They said the old owners had let the hotel run down and they are in the process of remodeling and plan to make some changes to the facilities. they are redoing all the rooms one floor at a time. first room had no heat---desk clerk could not get wall thermostat to turn heat on---in the second room the wall heater thermostat was part of the unit but the settings were "hand written around the dial" yes, hand written!! and they did not correspond correctly to the dial or the dial did not work right--it was either too hot or too cold!!! the ceiling […] fan in the bathroom was falling out and made a huge noise when turned on-------there was hair and dirt under the mattress!!!! "Bare essentials"
Hotel location makes it worth it. I had a morning flight out at 5.45 - so I could get up at 4.45 and after brushing my teeth walked 7 min straight to the terminal and had ample time to check in. Cannot beat it. The room itself was OK except for very cheap skimpy linen and blankets. The night clerk was very unfriendly. "Don't Bother"

"Buyer Beware - You get what you pay for and no more"
I booked a King non-smoking room. The listing said there would be coffee maker in the room, there woud be wifi internet and cont. breakfast. Ok, first, I didn't get the King room, I even went back and ask the desk why, she said they were all taken. Hard to believe when there were only a handful of guests in the hotel. Second, no coffee maker in the […] room, minor but still missing. The WIFI was there, but very weak and the breakfast - I had a choice of a stale bagel or a cheese danish . The room was cold when I arrived but at least the heater did work. They don't advertize a exercise room, even though they have one, but it is an empty room.
