"Excellent location value"
The hotel exterior is well maintained. Rooms are old looking but are under renovation. All rooms have refrigerator and microwave as well as coffee makers. Just a short walk to the office where they have fresh coffee made at 6 AM as well. In room A/C units are noisy when they kick on, but was actually nice on one night when someone upstairs was playing […] loud music....walls are thin. Floors were newly tiled which contributed to the noice reverberation, however, I appreciate that they don't have carpets in this location to avoid sand and mold collecting in the carpet. There was substantial tile damage in the shower, under the shower head, that was not repaired well at all. Other than that, the room was in good shape.
