Hotel Features.The 24-hour casino offers more than 700 video poker and multi-game slots, 48 gaming tables, a poker room, and keno. The race-and-sports book features 2 theater-size high-definition screens, 61 large HDTVs, and 71 "box seat" carrels with individual LCD monitors and Internet access.
The Tuscan-inspired pool area includes 2 outdoor pools, a waterfall, spa tubs, and poolside dining. The EDGE nightclub is a Reno hotspot with DJ entertainment, LED laser effects, a state-of-the-art sound system, and a liquid-nitrogen experience. Dining highlights include the Bimini Steakhouse; the Island Buffet; Romanza, for Italian cuisine; and Chi, serving Asian fare. Casual options include a 24-hour coffee shop, an espresso café, and a sports deli. 24-hour room service is available. Wireless Internet access is included in the daily resort fee. 106,000 square feet of meeting facilities are available on-site, and the Reno-Sparks Convention Center is only 1 mile (1.6 kilometers) away. An airport shuttle runs on a regular schedule.

Chi - This dinner restaurant serves traditional and contemporary Asian cuisine. Menu highlights include Peking duck, fresh seafood, noodle dishes, pork, chicken, Maine lobster, and custom cocktails.
Romanza - Award-winning Italian cuisine is prepared in an exhibition kitchen. The restaurant has a romantic setting with a sky dome, Corinthian columns, classical sculptures, and classical Italian music. It serves dinner Wednesday through Sunday.
Island Buffet - Lavish buffets in tropical setting cna be enjoyed for breakfast, lunch, and dinner each day. Specials include a Friday Seafood Extravaganza, Saturday Night Steak & Crab, and Sunday Champagne Brunch.
Biscotti's - With breakfast, lunch, and dinner, Biscotti's menu presents both innovative dishes and new interpretations of classic comfort foods. Wood-fired pizza, pasta, Asian selections, sandwiches, salads, and rotisserie are featured on the menu.
Oceano - Set in a dramatic undersea environment, Oceano's menu changes daily and features the freshest seafood available. Lobster, sushi, pan roasts, chowders, fish, oyster shooters, pasta, and steak are served for lunch and dinner.
Café Milano - Serving coffee, classic American cuisine, BBQ, and traditional menu specialties, this spot is great for the whole family. It is open 24 hours a day.
Sports Deli - This delicatessen serves lunch and dinner.
Café Espresso - This café offers breakfast, lunch and dinner.

South Reno contains casinos, entertainment venues, and a restaurant row, all of which are concentrated on South Virginia Street. The Reno-Sparks Convention Center is in the area. One of the city’s best views is here at the public LakeRidge Golf Course. The course’s namesake is the 15th hole, which stands 140 feet above Lake Stanley and offers sweeping vistas of Reno and the mountains.

Didn't win much in the casino, but enjoyed the fact it wasn't too crowded and there was the convenience of many restaurants. "Choose the tower"
We booked online and our first room was far away, and we had to take 2 elevators, a skywalk and stairs to reach a small, dark room with a view of the trash. We went back, paid 30.00 dollars more and got a nice room in the Tower. I will only book in the tower rooms.Genuine Hotels.com guest review

The Ppeppermill was recently renovated and the appearance of the Suite in the Tuscany Tower was very nice. I enjoyed the tub soak in the oversized jet tub before bed. The two head shower was nice as well. Since there are a variety of restaurants and bars, it is easy to find someplace for a quick snack or meal. "Nice place"
The room was nice and close to our event. We had a Jacuzzi suite. The issues I had were that the bed was quite high, and being at the end of a hallway, the wireless internet was almost non existent. The bad before the good. The room was really tiny. Low ceiling.....means I can hear almost everything the people are doing upstairs. Some of the rooms here just didn't make sense. Like to go to the second we had to go to the 3rd floor through the skywalk and down the elevator. For all side sleepers the pillows are way too soft, had a neck ache the whole […] time. The pillows just go flat as soon as anything touches it. Was so happy to go home. Snack bar and fridge are sensored, huh? If you move it for more than 45 seconds they charge you. You can't even use the fridge to put your drinks in. You can call them after and let them know in case you did move it. The 2 cleaning ladies I saw our whole trip were really nice and friendly. Apparently, Peppermill considers Hotels.com customers as second rate and they honor other vendors contracts before Hotels.com. I had reserved a room with two queen beds and when I arrived, they wanted to put us in a room with a roll away bed as they had sold all two bed rooms to a convention contract. "My first bad reviiew"
I have never given a 2 star review before, but I have to here. I would like to say that I am reviewing my stay in the North Tower. I can't say anthing about the other towers, as they may be different. To get from the check in desk to the North tower, you make your way to the elevators. Then the fun begins. You go to the third floor, get off and walk […] up the hallway, up several stairs, across the skyway, up more stairs and into antoher elevator. We were on the second floor, so we had to go down one, get off and walk to our room. A bit of a trial for anyone with problems walking, or with a wheelchair, or old. The room. Everything was fine except the bathroom doorway, which was so narrow that both myself and husband got bruises by knocking into the door frame or the handle. I've never experienced such a narrow doorway before. The last complaint is navigating our way back to the main casino and to the Island Buffet We got lost, and ended up getting a young worker to lead us to the restaurant.
