Circus Circus by far the worst hotel that we have ever stayed. We paid for a mini suite, and we got a filthy room, with old dirty furniture, a very old dirty tv with a remote control that did not work. We requested a new room and the answer was we have no rooms available and all we could get was white sheets to cover de furniture to be able to seat […] down. I booked the room but my husband checked in one day prior to my arrival, not knowing what type of room I paid for. He was given a very dirty, smoking, standard room, instead of the non-smoking delux room I had paid for. "Can't beat the price and location."
For downtown Reno you can't beat the price and convenience. Only downside if you are there to enjoy some adult time and relax, try another hotel down the road. "Close to Amtrak"
I was training in from San Francisco and wanted to stay within walking distance of my early morning departure back to the Bay Area. I asked for a high floor and non-smoking room. The 25th floor was completely non-smoking, which was an oasis compared with the local indoor pollution. The bathroom was clean, the room was comfortable and quiet.
