We stayed at the Grand Sierra twice in a month for volleyball tournaments. We stayed in the lower levels rooms the first stay then the higher level summit rooms the second stay. The room was nice but the service was bad from the front desk to the Round Table pizza downstairs. It was dirty downstairs and almost everything in the fun center was out of order and so was the pool. I appreciated that the non smoking part of the casino was near the front desk. I've stayed at this property the last three times I've been in Reno. The price is right and the location is excellent.
