We wanted to eat supper in Gatlinberg. Being off season everything was closing early. We missed our supper. Thankfully the hotel store was still open.... Our valet was amazing and gave us a complete tour of our room and explained our surroundings. I like the gatekeeper he was fun and the shuttle stopped in mid route to offer us a ride even though we weren't at a stop. Our only regret was we didn't have more time here by Susan from De Pere Wisconsin on 05/14/13

quality of service was excellent and deserves a #5: however, we wiated an unusually long time in the check in line..that was poor. there were 8ish computers and only were using 3?!?! on a saturday!!! otherwise, a FANTASTIC place!

Very nice customer service. Room was very nice and spacious. The fireplace was awesome. The location was easily accessible to the trolley so we didn't have to drive in the heavy traffic.

i reserved two rooms and they were several buildings apart (303 and 325) with no real effort to help put me any closer to my 16 and 21 year old daughters. Very clean rooms, pleasant and helpful staff. Water park was so much fun!! The lodge has a beautiful fireplace with sofas to sit and read or just hang out and play checkers. We didn't leave the resort! Dining room's menu could be improved, but overall a great place to stay! I will definitely be going back soon.

My only complaint is we could only find one electrical outlet in the room and it was under a table. There needs to be a couple on the night stand for cell phone chargers, etc. The only other outlet was in the bathroom and the hairdryer was plugged into that one. Otherwise, everything was great!

the hotel was pet friendly. the only problem was there was not a dog run. my famliy had a blast. the trolley made visiting Gatlinburg so easy and fun. it took all the stress out of parking.

We just stayed one night and were treated like we were very special guests. The staff was very helpful even when we got lost and couldn't find our apartment. The mountain views were beautiful. The food was very good. They helped in giving us directions and maps to places we wanted to go to in the area.

Loved it! It rained most of the day on Saturday, but we didn't care. My husband and daughter played in the indoor water park and I enjoyed my time at both the water park and the spa. Could not have asked for a better mini vacation.

This place was pretty awesome. We only stayed in a studio style condo, but had no complaints at all. Room was very clean, decor is beautiful, front desk was very nice, bell hop was very nice. Not sure if the water park is worth the fee if you don't have kids. We just utilized one of the two outdoor heated pools. Location was great as it was outside […] of Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg, but only a couple of mins from either. If you have the money, ask for a pedestal. This was the best place I've ever stayed in Gatlinburg. I was so excited that this place was available for my husband and I. I will come back if there are any openings available when I make Christmas plans. We loved the Westgate Smokey Mountains Resort and Spa.
