"not at all what i expected"

The hotel staff was extremely helpful and wonderfully informative. The only thing was that the room hadn't been vacuumed upon our arrival. "Happy but not happy"
We had one of the cleaning staff members to steal one of my sons DS games. We turned the hotel room upside down looking for it. When we informed the front desk about what had happened the next day the game suddenly turned up where we had looked a million times. "Nice enough stay for the money."
This was the only hotel left for New Year's Eve so I was expecting it to be a dump. The price was far lower than the price every other hotel was charging. The management at the hotel was very helpful and our room was clean and warm when we entered. I also figured the continenal breakfast was a donut and coffee. "Peeping Tom's Dream"
It is in an excellent location and within walking distance of most things. The staff is friendly, and the rooms are very clean. We were even able to check in early, and never needed towels. However, our curtain was too short and not hung correctly. We had to clip it closed with a clothes hanger and shut it in our door just so people could not see in […] our room at night. Even after that, the outside light at our door shined in from the top and lite up the room to where you could literally read by the light. It is very lazy and irresponsible for the hotel owners to expect people to stay in a room where anybody at anytime can see in the room. The moment we checked in the hotel, there was no internet in our room. Called the font desk couple of times and none of font desk executives are aware that there was no internet connection.
