The rooms were just like all the other Days Inns I've ever stayed at. We spent very little time in the rooms but they were comfortable. I love the fact that they have an indoor pool, always a major deal with the kids. The breakfast was minimumly stocked, but it had enough to keep my kids happy.

The room was dated and a little on the small side but was fine since we didn't spend a lot of time in the room. The hotel was at the top end of town closest to the entrance of the park which made it convenient for site seeing. The continental breakfast had a limited selection. The overall value of the room was good.

To start the location was the only good thing about this hotel. The room was small, bathroom very tight. Outdated. Walls thin enough that we heard all the outside noise & the occupants next door. The so called indoor heated pool was the reason we booked this hotel but was a real let down. The water was about 65 degree but the glass room was not heated […] & the room was about 50 degree. It was difficult to get from the parking lot to our room. We had to go into the hotel and back out and around just to get to our room. we loved this hotel! the only problem we had was the room was a little small for 4 adults and toddler. Other then that it was very clean, you could walk out the door and be in town. we had a very nice stay and we use this hotel again in the future!

This hotel was a great value and the location is awesome. It's at the end of the strip but within walking distance to most everything. I particularly enjoyed the location because this is last hotel before the Smokey Mountains National Park entrance. You can easily walk directly into the park, but you'll need to drive to get to most of the trails. Even […] though it was labor day weekend I had no trouble parking in the back. I booked rather late so I ended up staying in a handicap room which had a walk in shower as opposed to a tub. The beds were clean, the front desk was polite, the tv worked, the internet did not. There was a very foul smell coming from the bathroom which was a nuissance but it didn't really affect the room. We didn't stay in the room very long as we spent most of our time hiking and enjoying Gatlinburg. For the location, cleanliness of the beds, and convenience it was a great value. If you are picky, you are looking at the wrong hotel. You won't want to spend time in the room, but you'll be glad it's so close. Read more

Trolley available outside of hotel - WiFi is not good no matter where you stand - was given accessible room at first , not good with children , Bathroom floods when showering and floor is very slippery. Staff was friendly and willing to help at all hours even maintance ( Thankfully ). Beds are very firm

The air did not work in the room. I reported it and they tried to fix it but after going Thur 4 air conditors . The maintenance guy said that one worked and keep it on 66 and it would cool down the room , well it didn't till the next morning and that's we were leaving. I also told the girl at the office about when I checked out and all she was sorry […] and was rude about it.Their was two adults and four kids with us and we were all uncomfortable all day Thursday when we came back to the hotel room. This hotel was in a great location. However, we found a rotten sippy cup under the foot of our bed. (actually daughter did) the pool was nice but first night we got there we smelled a strong bleach smell that burned our eyes from the 3rd floor! The pool is salt water do I have no idea where it was coming from. Room was dusty & could use more detail […] cleaning. Housekeeping came in also the next morning while we were gone which to me was suspicious because only one bed was made & nothing else had been done. Breakfast was good for being free.
