100 PCT NON SMOKING The Hampton Inn Gatlinburg hotel is located on the Parkway in downtown Gatlinburg 300 yards from the Great Smoky Mountain National Park entrance on LeConte Creek and next door to the Ober Gatlinburg Tram to the Ober Gatlinburg Ski Resort and Amusement Park. Our hotel is situated alongside a rushing mountain stream within walking distance to all downtown activities fine dining unique shopping and attractions including the new Ripley*s Aquarium of the Smokies. The Hampton Inn Gatlinburg hotel features 97 rooms each one with a personal balcony some overlooking LeConte Creek. All king rooms are equipped with a fireplace and selected rooms also offer a whirlpool. Guests visiting Tennessee will enjoy our complimentary continental breakfast bar with biscuits and gravy served daily as well as a TV with cable featured in every room. Stayed 4 nights. Other than getting in our vehicle to take in some shows in Pigeon Forge, we spent the time walking around downtown Gatlinburg. Hotel location was perfect. We chose the king, fireplace room. Enjoyed every moment.

The room was very small and dated. You can stay in a very nice cabin in Gatlinburg and tax a taxi in for the price of this hotel which is not up to par. The only good thing was the location. Get a Cabin and enjoy your stay a lot more.
