"The long and winding road"
Stayed here visiting relatives and got the suite with sofa bed for 16 YO son. Pretty nice, very clean place. Well appointed with all amenities. Good breakfast too.The suite’s dividing wall was a bit of a joke. 1/2 wall with very large frosted glass window, negating privacy and light protection between the divided areas. Frosted window bath door another […] bad idea. Anyone using bathroom at night lights up whole bedroom. But the access was the really annoying thing. Everything was very nice at this hotel. It was our first time staying at a Springhill Suites and I am sure we will return. The only complaint we had was the lack of towel racks. "Clean and Convienient"
Clean hotel in safe area and convienient to I-70. Stayed with 2 adults and 2 kids. My 4 year old slipped, fell and hit her head on the deck of the pool. After seeing there was no drainage around the pool I realize why she fell. Not a luxury hotel. The decor is a bit stark and spartan. However, very functional and VERY clean. Even the corners were spotless. The decor was very modern but comfortable. The front desk clerk was helpful and friendly. The only issue we ran into involved the sheets on our bed and housekeeping. When pulling back the covers, we noticed that the fitted sheet was wrinkled up in the middle, almost as if it had been slept on. While that may not have been the case, we called the front […] desk. The clerk on duty was apologetic and provided new sheets. Unfortunately, housekeeping does not have anyone on duty at night, but it wasn't a huge deal to make up the bed again ourselves. I'm in this hotel for my second week on a temporary work assignment. It's a nice place- clean, great staff, decent free breakfast, in room fridge and microwave, etc. I had a problem with my TV over the weekend and they found someone to come in and fix it.
