"Airport hotels need to have good shuttle service"
If you've been traveling for 17 hours, the last thing you want to do is to stand out in the cold in St. Louis waiting half an hour for a shuttle ride that takes less than five minutes. Frankly, there was no excuse for this poor service. The shuttle driver apparent just disappeared, leaving several busloads shivering in the cold.Genuine Hotels.com guest review
