Everything was wonderful about this hotel. The rooms are spacious and very clean. ALL of the staff was super friendly and helped us out with any questions that we had. We did receive alot of rain while we were there and one morning the hotels restaurant began to flood but the staff immediately handled it and they did not charge us for our meals due […] to any inconvenience. W e were pleasantly surprised by the room size and comfort level. The staff was super friendly. With all the choices of dining in the French Quarter area of New Orleans, we still decidied to dine in at the hotel restaurant, and were not disappointed at all.. "You must be resourceful"
Excellent price for 4 nights. Good spacious room. However the hotel aircon motor was right outside the room and it hummed continuously. We discovered earplugs in a drawer! Reception was ignorant of public transport which actually ran past the hotel, Buses didn't run to Algiers ferry 2 miles away on Sundays, so you needed a car, at least for that day.
