When my family first drove to the Eagle Crest Resort, I thought, good grief it's miles out of town (it's not). Actually there are many excellent qualities... to this resort. If you're into golf, you'll be in heaven as there are excellent golf courses with this resort plus other amenities such as five swimming pools, both indoor and out, hot tubs, an excellent restaurant (you have to go down a bit to get to it; it's not in the actual hotel) plus others. The hotel itself is older but has excellent linens, firm pillows, guest laundry, and very good customer service. My main gripe was the cleaning staff - not so good. I know for a fact the bed sheets were not changed (we were there for 5 nights) until I went to the front desk and requested them to be changed. I don't feel that I should have to do that in light of the fact we were there for several nights. I don't expect it to be done every day, but on the 3rd day, it should've been done. The towels are terrible - it reminds me of towels one gets at a Motel 6 or something cheaper. I would expect a better quality from a 'resort'. However, at the rate we paid, I feel we got a bargain even if it were a few miles outside of Redmond. I would definitely recommend it. Just be clear about the sheet changes!
