"Availability of refrigerators"
We were suprised to find out that only 25 % of the rooms have refrigerators. Most guests would expect this to be standard. When we inquired at the desk, I was told that we needed to "request" a room ahead of time that had a refrigerator. That was not clear on the website. By the time we got there , all those rooms were gone. I was told by the front […] desk people that since I booked through a 3rd party, they would need to deal with the problem. "friendly staff"
we had a good time, the staff was very helpfull, with direction to areas around them. it was a safe place to leave our stuff in the room. we happen to be staying at the same time the baseball kids were there we the running up and down the hall was a little bad, but thats not the hotels fault.Genuine Hotels.com guest review
