"Clean, Quiet.., but no shuttle!"
Whenever I made this reservation, I spoke with a representative who informed me that "Yes. They have a shuttle or would call a taxi." When I arrived at he hotel months later, I was informed that there was not a shuttle and that I would have to call a taxi myself!
