"Excellent service"
Everyone we dealt with was extremely helpful and friendly. The breakfast had a good variety of healthful (and not so healthy) selections and was constantly being refilled by the friendly women. I was well pleased with our stay at the Hampton Inn near Burlington/Mt Vernon. Will stay there again when returning to the area. Very friendly and helpful. Great breakfast in the morning and a great location for what my family had planned. Will be heading back next year as well and plan to stay there again. "Nice hotel: Beds could be better"
We enjoyed this hotel while we were awake, but sleeping was another matter. The sheets came off the bed while we were tossing and turning on the uncomfortable, soft mattress. We woke up on the bare mattress with the sheets bunched up underneath us. Also, lots of light was coming in from the hallway, so we had to use everything we could think of to block […] it. "Overall, a great stay"
The only thing that was a huge disappointment was the pool. It was a lot smaller than it appears to be in the photos, and (being a weekend stay) was crowded. "Bon hotel à Burlington"
Hôtel classique des Hampton Inn and Suite donc très bon, sans bonne ni mauvaise surprise. Notre chambre était une double queen bed. Le lit était très confortable tout comme les coussins, la chambre était grande mais avec les deux lits, cela faisait un peu serré comparé à d'autres Hampton mais pour nous rien de génant. Concernant les équipement de l’hôtel, […] il y avait une piscine (non-testé) et il me semble un Hot Tube (non-testé). Les serviettes étaient fourni pour la piscine. Il y avait également une petite terrasse à l'arrière du bâtiment avec un BBQ à destination des clients (non-testé également). Grand parking gratuit devant l’hôtel. Concernant le pdj, là également pas de surprise, du classique pour un hôtel américain avec pdj inclus. Du chaud (oatmeal, sorte de steak haché, œuf, petit pain), salade de fruit, bagel, toast, machine à gaufre ou à pan-cake, café, thé, chocolat. Au niveau de l'emplacement, il se trouve au centre de la ville de Burlington qui n'a absolument aucun intérêt...il s'agit d'un ville composée de dizaine de chaines, commerces, fastfood...le long d'une highway. Le seul atout de cette ville est son emplacement, on peux s'en servir comme base départ pour les San Juan Islands (notre cas, 30 min du ferry de Anacortes), Whidbey Island (notre cas 40 min), Vancouver (notre cas, 2h) ou même Seattle. Un centre de magasins d'usine se trouve également dans la ville mais non testé. Il n'avait pas l'air très grand comparé à celui du nord de Seattle. Read moreGenuine Hotels.com guest review
