"Draps?"
Only complaint I can give is the lack of drapes that fully close. Probably fine for non-street levels, but we faced the parking lot and street lamp. Luckily the staff was so sweet in finding clasps to pull the drapes together. Tacky, but it worked!Genuine Hotels.com guest review

"False fire alarm"
Someone burnt toast and the fire alarm went off at 5 in the morning. We went outside with the other guests and found out from another guest what happened. I did not see any hotel staff telling visitors what had happened. They did not even offer a discount we had to ask. I was not impressed with how they handled situation. The hotel was adequate. Fairly expensive considering you can stay in Bellingham @ a 2 or 3 star hotel for much cheaper and close to all amenities. I would rate this as a 2/3 hotel. It was clean and close to all amenities.Genuine Hotels.com guest review
"don't eat the free breakfast"
Over all the hotel was easy to find except there was a large bank blocking the hotel from the street but thanks to GPS who can't find things. The room was basic,two queen beds,the quilts were lumpy but that is because they wash them often(a good thing) good pillows,nice sheets, a microwave and small fridge which are handy.Everything was nice and clean […] in the room and the general hotel as well. The view was industrial, the pool small but the kids seemed to have fun.The workout room is minimal but no one else used it so it was OK We had the buffet at the hotel which is included with the room.Probably the biggest complaint were the eggs that had ham in them.Now I don't hate ham but I don't like them in my eggs nor did any of the other 4 in our party.Mind you the eggs might have not been much better without it.Fruit salad was fine and cereal for kids.The coffee was weak without flavour. The front desk was polite and helpful.Other than the hotel needing a decent restaurant it was fine for our one night stay and is quite good value for what you pay.
